We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a simple return process. Please review the information below to determine if your item qualifies for a return.

Returns

We accept returns on All unwashed, unworn, unused, unlined, unaltered or defective merchandise purchased online may be returned within 7 days of receipt and in retail stores within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Products must be in original condition with all tags attached.
⚠️ To be eligible for a return, you must provide a clear video recording of the package being opened (unboxing video) showing the issue.
Returns without this video will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.
  1. Visit our Returns Portal to initiate a return request.
  2. Submit your order number and email address used for the purchase.
  3. Upload your unboxing video and select the item(s) you’d like to return.
  4. Choose your preferred return method and generate your return label.
  5. Pack your items securely and drop them off with the selected carrier.
  6. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement as per your selected option.
  • International customers are responsible for the shipping cost of their return.
  • Please follow these steps:
  1. Email our support team at support@blushrosa.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your unboxing video.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the return address provided. Keep your tracking number for reference.
  4. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund within the stated timeframe.
  • Domestic returns (USA): A flat fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.
  • International returns: Customer is fully responsible for return shipping fees.
  • If your item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we may waive or refund the return shipping fee partially or entirely, depending on the case.
Once your return is received and inspected:
  • We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Please note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your provider.
  • Items purchased from physical Value Retail Stores must be returned directly to the store where the purchase was made. These stores follow their own individual return policies and may differ from our online return policy.
