IV. How We Collect Information

A. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Blush Rosa may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyze trends, administer the Site, and gather demographic data. These may include browser cookies, local storage, and other tracking tools.

  • A “cookie” is a small text file stored on your device that helps us tailor the content and experience based on your preferences. For example, cookies allow us to recognize when a shopping cart has been abandoned and to send follow-up messages via email or SMS if the user has opted in.

  • Disabling cookies may limit certain features or functionality of our Site.

We may also use pixels—small, transparent images embedded on our website or emails—to track interactions such as ad views, email opens, and link clicks. This information may be shared with advertising partners, including social media platforms, to optimize ad performance.

We also work with third-party advertising companies, such as Google, that may use anonymized data about your visits to this and other websites to serve interest-based ads.

B. General Browsing

We collect navigational data to understand how users interact with the Site and to monitor performance. This includes technical data such as browser type and version, IP address, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps. This data may be linked to personal identifiers or aggregated for analysis.

We may also generate electronic records to compile statistics and optimize user interactions across our platforms.

C. Online Shopping

When you purchase products or services through the Blush Rosa website, we collect the information necessary to complete your transaction. This may include your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, and payment details such as credit card information. You may also choose to provide additional information voluntarily.

If you create a customer account, we retain information related to your order history, preferred payment methods, and saved shipping addresses to streamline future purchases. We may also collect your birthdate as part of your enrollment in our Loyalty Program. For further details, please refer to the Loyalty Program FAQ.

D. In-Store Shopping

When shopping at our physical locations, we may request information necessary to complete your purchase or provide services, such as your name, mailing address, email, and phone number. Depending on the transaction method and in accordance with applicable laws, we may also request identity verification details (e.g., driver’s license, ID number, or payment card data) to prevent fraud. You may decline to provide this information; however, doing so may prevent us from completing your transaction.

We also collect purchase-related data such as the items purchased, purchase price, discounts applied, and payment method. For safety and operational improvement purposes, we use in-store video surveillance. These recordings may be used for security, quality control, or analytics and may be shared with law enforcement or legal authorities if required. Video data is retained for a limited period.
