Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days within the US. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please allow 7–21 business days for international orders.

Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: We offer 2 shipping services within the United States, Standard is $5.59 and Premium is $9.95. International shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, we start processing right away to ensure fast delivery.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items with tags still attached. Sale items are final.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Message us on Facebook or Instagram to request as soon as possible, or email us at support@blushrosa.com with your order number and reason for return, along with all necessary media files. We’ll walk you through the process.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes! If you need a different size or color, we’ll happily exchange it—just let us know within 7 days.

Q: Who pays the return shipping cost?
A:

  •  Domestic Returns (US): A flat fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.
  •  International Returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  •  If it is determined that your product is defective or incorrect, we may waive or refund part or all of the return shipping fee, depending on the circumstances.

Q: How do I find my size?

Q: Will items be restocked?
A: Some bestsellers may be restocked. Follow us on Instagram @blushrosa or sign up for restock alerts on the product page.

Q: What should I do if an item is defective or wrong?
A: We’re sorry! Please let us know via Facebook or Instagram or email us at support@blushrosa.com with a photo and your order number—we’ll process it as soon as possible.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes! Digital gift cards are available in various amounts and can be sent instantly via email.
